TP 560 Battery

Hi -

Just wondering where to get the best prices on the IBM Thinkpad 560 Li-Ion
battery.  Also, what is the preferred usage pattern for these batteries?
When storing, should I store in the laptop or take it out and should it
be fully charged or discharged?  Also, if I am connected to an A/C line,
should I take the battery out or leave it in?
