WARP 4 & PC Cards on TP760XD

Does WARP 4 support Cardbus cards on a TP760XD?  The machine thinks my
3COM Fast Etherlink XL 3C575-TX card is some kind of memory device and
not a network adapter card.  It doesn't make any difference whether or
not CardBus support is enabled through the TP Configuration Utility.

I'm also having trouble enabling COM1 for external serial devices
simultaneously with the MWAVE modem on COM2 and a PC Card modem in one
of the slots on COM3.  Anybody know the magic config.sys commands to
make this happen without any IRQ conflicts?
