Same configuration, except OS/2 4.0 is the OS.

This doesn't happen when opening an OS/2 window, but if I open a DOS window
(not fullscreen), the screen refresh rate is screwed up, and it gets fixed by either making
the window a fullscreen, or pressing Fn-F1, and exiting.

Yes, this happens VERY often.  I have the same experiance with the contrast, too, where if I
adjust it up or down, it goes back to a more reasonable level.

  Anyone know how to fix it?
