max ram for that machine is 104megs..
the 64meg DIMM won't work..
(it is for the 760X series and 765 and 560 only)
you can mix and or match..
1-32meg, 1-16meg + the 8meg on the system board and the 8meg on the DIMM
carrier.. total would be 64megs..
2-32meg + the 16 = 80megs
2-16meg..
or the 32meg DIMM carrier and two 32meg DIMM's.. total would be 104megs..
Apricorn is the only one who maked the 32meg DIMM carrier, but it will
work with any other brand memory..
