I want to thank al of those who were kind enough to respond to my plea for 
help, both on the list and directly to me.

I'll give Big Blue a call tomorrow and see if they'll honor the warranty.

To Jane, and James B., I've both pushed the reset button AND dropped it 
(accidentally) from a low height onto a sofa. No va!
