770 displays

Has anyone compared the 14.1" to the 13.3" displays on the 770?
Obviously the 14.1" is bigger, but is it also brighter?
Does the extra 0.8" really make much difference?
Also, is it true that the 770 doesn't cache memory regions
above the first 64 meg, because of chipset limitations?
That's a terrible bug if it's true.
