No need to mess with batch files. Right click on "My Computer", click on 
"Properties". Then click on "Hardware Profiles". Copy your "Original 
Configuration" setting and rename it to something like "Docked".

You can then set up the computer with the proper docking drivers and save the 
configuration in the "Docked" setting. When you boot the system you'll be 
presented with a selection to choose from, Docked, Original (which I've renamed 
Undocked), etc. I have 4 configurations on my 755, docked with ethernet 
support, undocked with ethernet support, undocked with dial-up support and 
undocked with external CD support.

You can select whichever configuration should be your default (such as docked) 
and set it to automatically load without input by you after a set period of 
time after booting.
