Re: Kudos to IBM Service.



I must add my 2 cents here as well. I stumped the cash for the extra
service ( three year on site. ) Well the last month made it all
worth while.  A week and a half ago my trackpoint failed. I work
four blocks from the IBM office and hand carried the machine to them
( time was of the essenece ) within 15 minutes the machine was fixed.

Well this was not the end of it. I had to fly to Philadelphia the next
day and during the flight the nice gentleman in front of me moves the
seat back and lightly touches my screen I think mothing of it shut
down the machine to watch the movie. On restarting the machine I find
zero display ARRRGGGHHHH!!!!!. Anyway IBM come out to my hotel and 
fix the machine for me. Great service. Kudos must go to IBM and 
in particular Megan Murphy from the IBM office in Philly.

The best 120 bucks I ever spent.
