Yes.

Just install Win 95--tell it to install in a different directory
than the one you have Win 3.1 in.
It will boot to Win 95, but you can press (F8?) at boot time to
"boot to old version of DOS", etc.
Recommended, if you want to keep old Windows for whatever reason
(maybe just paranoia--good enough for me).
