Re: suspend/resume in NT 4.0 (fwd)

I just found another fact on my 701C. The hibernation works well in NT
4.0. I think the hibernation & the suspend are basically the same except
the suspend keeps memory turned on. So, I am suspecting my 701C is
defective.

Well, it seems I need to explain my problem in detail. In my 701C,
NT 4.0 crahses after suspend/resume. Also, Windows 95 do so. I don't
know about Windows 95 comes with the machine. But, I installed NT 4.0
workstation. I didn't format the HDD. NT & Win95 are co-existing. Many
body guess it is a problme caused by old BIOS. But, I have new BIOS,
BUTUS3O & BFDUS1G. And, I couldn't find NT 4.0 utilities for 701C in IBM
website. There are some for NT 3.5. Am I missing something ? Or, should
I call IBM service ?
