More questions! ;) Hibernation problem...

Thanks for the help thus far - it's nice to actually get answers to some
of my questions!

I'm running Win95 OSR2 with the drive formatted with FAT32.  I cannot
create a hibernation file, I get the (usual) highly descriptive error
message "error creating hibernation file".  Is this because of FAT32?  If
so, when is IBM going to fix it (or are they?  I can't see them not, but
stranger things have happened...)  If it's not a FAT32 problem, any ideas
what I can do to fix it?
