28.8 & MIDI

Has anyone been sucessful at getting MIDI sound to work while connected at
28.8BPS using the mwave modem on a TP 760ED?  If so, let me know how.  I
heard that the mwave runs out of resources which is why it can only do it
at 14.4 or lower.
