Suffice it to say that I wouldn't recommend what I went through to anyone as a way to upgrade their computer. To Big Blue's credit, they *do* have people who recognize the value of customer loyalty, though I had to push through a lot of unhelpful low-level personnel to find one. With any other PC company (with the possible exception of HP), I would likely have had to go to court. - David
