I too am in Dave's position.  After 7 trips to EZServe, the IBM Customer Relations group (that term is an oxymoron) has finally consentet to replacing my 701C with a 560.  Even though the 560 is a more 'powerful' machine, I feel like I am taking a step backwards because of the form factor.
