On occassion, Windows 95 locks up with an error message from Mwave, when using the modem. I also noticed that Mwave exe's which are loaded when using the modem are 16 bit - not 32 bit. Finally, I have noticed that when using the internal modem with mwave, the Window sounds are delayed and extended; I actually turn off the Window sounds before using the modem now to stop the sound delay. My question is - is there ways to improve mwave performance and reliability, such as updating to 32 bit drivers? -- Steven R. Zuch Cogent Management Inc.
