I have quietly complained about these problems for some time myself
(especially the delay with sounds in Windows). I have not noticed that the
Mwave drivers are 16 bit, though. I have numerous lock-ups with the Mwave
drivers when trying to shut down Win95 also. Although the Mwave system does
provide some neat features with only one DSP processor in my 760ED, I would
still prefer seperate sound and modem chips like my 701c has. Any other
comments or suggestions on this?
Just my .02 worth...
