Thanks. You're probably right. I was told that the turnaround would be five
days. My mom will probably be happiest if they look at it first, and maybe
I can get some sleep, since I was the one who advised her to buy it! ;)

I'll probably have a few more questions about it as the weeks go past since
I don't have a manual.

P.S. Is there a reset switch on a TP 701CS? I know there is on other
laptops, but I can't see one on it.
