I tried the Practical Peripherals 56K on my 365XD and couldn't even get
it installed properly, even after 1/2 hour on the phone with their tech
support people. Just got a Hayes Accura 56K one and haven't had a
problem with it. I easily get 33600 speeds, and often a bit more.
Sometimes there seems to be a period where it isn't processing any data,
but I think that has to do more with my ISP than anything else.
