Glad to hear other's thoughts on refurbs. I also bought my 701 from the outlet and have had no problems. It had the sticker and there was a cute name on the drive to indicate it was indeed used but there was no apparent blemishes on the case or etc. You have to remember that the "no questions asked" return policy from the outlet is only 10 days instead of the 30 days on new gear. If your careful or lucky it is painless...if you're not (either) then you dance with EZserv. I have had no problems.
