one. This apparently means the look for it worldwide...

I had that happen to me when I needed a replacement Multiport II.

called the international version. The brick itself is a lot larger, has a longer cable to the laptop, and a huge
plug to fit into the 701 - I mean huge! The cable is meant to be wrapped around the brick, and has velcro to
keep it there. The major drawback in my view is that it just has a standard receptacle for power cords, which
has to be supplied by, well, me. That means that to be portable, I have to lug around one of these cables as
well, and they are usually very stiff. Also, this requires a grounded outlet which the previous power supply
didn't need. Therefore, no more cheap extension cords, and the place I stayed in this summer positively did
not have a single grounded outlet (don't ask...)!

I actually like the international power supply better, because the
fold-in plug ones are cheaply made (go figure how I found out).

However, I admit that right now I am using my 701 in my room, WITH
the fold-in adapter (which is always pluged in), on a cheapy extension
cord, but the international one is nice, because it doesn't take much space
on a surge protector, and yes, I have OTHER large adapters. On mine,
I use a 6 (yes, 6) inch cord.
