I think the 365x has the same design feature(!) that the 760 has...  If
you look carefully, you will find that built-in microphone comes within 1cm
or less of the speaker when the lid is closed.  You are hearing feedback.
Either disable/mute the microphone, or suspend via "Fn-F4" before closing
the lid.
