I have a IBM Thinkpad 760EL and am trying to install Linux on it.
I have DOS partition and installed the CDROM driver for the DOS 5.0
I do not have a problem reading the Slackware CDs on my other PCs.
I do not have a problem reading MSDOS based CDROMS in my Thinkpad.
I DO HAVE A PROBLEM, trying to read the Slackware Linux CD in my
Thinkpad. ( The CD uses Rock Ridge extensions if it is of any help. )
I turned to IBM, they could not figure out the problem. I using
their latest CD driver.
Does this have anything to do with ISO9660 format? How can I make
it work?
Any info or pointers greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
