EZServe turn around time?

I have a TP755CD and my keyboard has been acting a little weird.  Also the
left mouse button is dying.  I'm thinking of sending it in to get the
keyboard replaced before the 3 year waranty expires.  (Are these older than
3 years?  I don't have my reciept anymore).

Anyways I was wondering what the turnaround time is on service like this
(I can't get along without it for too long).  Also I heard that if there
are any memory upgrades, they should be removed.  Is this correct?  What
about software?  I suppose I should re-run lilo to default to win95 right?
