I just upgraded to the new Windows 95 version (which is quite cool)
but have noticed a problem. When I select the ability to have a tray
icon for the program, it screws up Windows' DUN abilities. With the
icon there, I've had connects that simply "disappeared." I'd be online
and either notice that the DUN tray icon was missing and I was no
longer connected (no error messages), or the next time I make a
network call (fetch email, etc) the system would start dialing out,
the first indication I'd get that I was no longer online. This
behavior stopped as soon as I removed the Thinkpad Icon from the try,
and returns without fail when I put it back. I'm running OSR2 (came
with the 560), and am wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
