Checked for the 640x480 with 16 Colors and (only) 60 Hz video mode setting?
AFAIR Warp's VGA driver can only use the video chip in VGA mode with the above settings.

Do you use a 2nd HDD in your ultrabay which has at least one primary partition on it?!
If yes and your Warp partition on your built in (1st) HDD is placed on a logical partition,
drive letters getting change which confuses Warp because it saves drive
letter name in *INI files, etc.
