The actual name is EA DATA. SF, with embedded spaces. You are correct, it is
where OS/2 keeps extended attributes on FAT drives. To delete it, execute the
following commands in the root directory of the drive, assuming you don't have
any other files in the root directory that have 3-letter extensions ending in
SF:

ATTRIB -S -H -R *.?SF
DEL *.?SF
