Once you remove OS/2 from a system based on the FAT file system, you can safely
remove this file. Because FAT is poorly designed (even FAT32), EA DATA. SF contains
extended attributes for ALL directories and files. To delete it, follow the steps below:
C:\>cd \
C:\>attrib ea?data.?sf -r -a -s -h
C:\>del ea?data.?sf
And you should be okay from there.
