Speaking of Silicon Sports, I usually keep my 701 in one of their
"Wetsuit" cases, a form-fitting neoprene case which can be used
separately or slid easily into a briefcase or backpack. This is very
useful for air travel: in the airport I have the computer in the
wetsuit in my carry-on, then when I'm on the plane I put the carry-on
in the overhead and slip the wetsuit case out to keep with me (it will
contain the computer and papers related to my work). The neoprene
provides decent protection, is lightweight, and the encased computer
is not much bigger than the computer alone.
