Just a trivial piece of nonsense, but I bought my first Thinkpad,
a 750 mono, from them because they were the only folks who had
them in stock and weren't charging $200-$500 *more* than MSRP. 
Why should that be interesting?  Because Sean Chou created the
original Thinkpad mailing list in response to a joke/comment I
made about TP750 owners forming a support group.  After a couple
months of passing around lists of email addresses, Keith Moore
offered to host a real mailing list at the cs.utk.edu site
(thanks Keith!). 

Sorry to hear they're gone.
