Hardware CineMaster S

The CineMaster S 2.x series of cards are for Windows 95 only. However the drivers should work in Windows 98.

Compared to the CineMaster C cards these cards are older (Q1 1997) and use a different decoding chip (STi3520 & STi4600 from STMicroelectronics, former SGS-Thomson) and different drivers.

There is a region hack available.
